How to disable the animation?
We have the sections of Captain set so that it animates when you scroll. You may want to disable this if you do not like this effect or if it causing any issues for your site based on other things that you may have installed.
Open the Build Your Own section settings
Open the Behavior settings group
Uncheck the Animate on Scroll option
