All of our Site Page Templates include a feature that we call "Smart Sections" this could enable the section to appear for certain types of people based on a variety of conditions.
Use cases:
You want to show a n "upgrade" section to certain users who are enrolled in a certain course or bundle
You want to offer a "bonus section" to students who have completed a course
You want to show a section to certain users with specific email addresses.
There are several options that could be enabled to make the section "Smart". When enabled, each option must be met in order for the section to be shown.
if no "Smart settings" are enabled, the the section will be shown by default.
Disabling the section
Sometimes you want to take your time to setup a section and do not want to make it live yet. So we added a section that will allow you to enable or disable the section. When the section is disabled, you will not see it inside of Site Builder, but the settings can be saved.
Showing Sections Based on Product Enrollment
When you enable the setting "Only show if enrolled in product below:", then the Product Enrolled setting will be inspected for the user to decide if the section should be shown
Course or Community selected - the section will be shown if the user is enrolled in the course
Bundle selected - Depending on the When bundle selected above: setting, the section may be shown
Enrolled in Bundle - if the student is enrolled in the bundle, then the section will be shown
Enrolled in any course in bundle - if the student us enrolled in any of the courses in the bundle, then the section will be shown
Likewise, you can also show the section when the student is NOT enrolled in the product
Showing Sections Based on Course Completion
This setting is really helpful to reward students who have completed courses and either show what they should do next or offer them a gift that was just unlocked.

Completed any course in bundle - if the student has completed any of the courses in the bundle, then the section will be shown
Showing Sections Based on Sign In Count
Sometimes you may want to show a section (or popup) to users based on how many times they have signed in. For example - show an onboarding video section to users for their first 3 times they signed in.
How to use this Smart Section feature:
First enable this option
Set the Sign In Count to be a number
Set the condition that should be checked
Showing Sections To Specific People
Sometimes you may be able to identify certain users from looking at progress reports, product purchased, etc and want to offer them a special promotion or reward. This is when you would want to use this Smart Section setting to target just those users.
Enable the setting and then provide a list of user emails (one per line)
Showing Sections Based On Affiliate Status
There may be a case where you may want to either recruit affiliates or show a message to your current affiliates. This is when you would use this option (only select one).
When leaving both blank, then this section will not look at Affiliate Status
For example, let's say you want to show a section to target users who are not affiliates: "Hey <first-name></first-name>, how would you like to earn $99 for each referral?". In this scenario, you would enable "Only show if user is not an affiliate".
On the flip-side, if you wanted to show a message to affiliates: "<first-name></first-name>, you are earning 20% for each referral. Get your affiliate links." In this scenario, you would enable "Only show if user is an affiliate"
