When you are using Countdown, you may want to share a page and not have that page re-shareable to other people. This is especially helpful when you are emailing the link from your email marketing system. The email platform will usually already change the link so that it can track clicks. So in the email each user already gets a unique url, but when they end up on your Thinkific site they would normally see the same url.
What we really want to do is have the final url being shown not be the same for each user and that is when we would use the "Hide Page Url" section that is found inside of the Countdown PowerUp.
Instructions:
Open one of your site pages and add a section "Hide Page Url"
View the page in your browser and you will see that the url changes. This is what your users will see and if they tried to visit that url, then the page would not be found.
Instead of copying that url, we want to copy the "real" url, go back into the page settings and copy the page link
