MP4's are vide files that are great for showing movement on the page. Typically you can think of these as a GIF, but many times a GIF is harder to create and may be less quality than a video.

Using an animation makes your page interesting and also more engaging. It brings life to your page and can help 'stop the scroll". Lottie Animations is a web standard that allows you to easily get interesting animations without having any special software or impacting page load times.
