Shape

Choose from over 7 different shape styles included. When you choose a shape you can also change the color of the shape with the Background setting.

Using a Custom Shape

To use a custom shape, you first have to create the shape and save it as a SVG (with transparent background). The SVG needs to be a 1;1 aspect ration. We have shared a Canva template with you to help with this.

After you have created an SVG file, open it with a text editor and copy/paste the text into the Custom SVG Text setting. Be sure to select the Custom SVG option as well.

Watch the tutorial on how to use a custom shape:

Setting the Text

There are three settings groups for each portion of text. Each one will allow you to control the text contents, text sizes, and colors.

🚨 USAGE NOTE: You will need to use line breaks to make sure the text does not float off the shape.

Call to action

Use this setting to include a button on the popup. You will then need to complete the settings for the button text, page and optionally change the colors and font sizes.

Other Settings

All of our SPT Popup sections include the following settings groups. Please be sure to read the associated guides for how to use these setting.

This setting group controls when the popup will be opened. Depending on the use case you may want to the popup under different conditions

This setting group is common across all of our Site Page Templates sections. We like to call this our "Smart Sections" feature that allows you to hyper target certain types of used based on a variety of conditions.

Using a sound effect for certain use cases may be a good idea to get the users attention. The sound will play when the popup opens depending on the settings mentioned above.
